The Gibraltar Women’s Association is aiming to increase members by hosting a recruitment drive on Saturday outside the ICC from 10am to 1pm.
The Women’s Association is keen to encourage women in Gibraltar to register as a member of the Association. This will entail completing the registration form and paying a £5 registration fee.
The objectives of the committee are:
- To be a voice for women in order to protect the interests of our community.
- To actively promote gender equality so that women and men can shape our society in equal measure.
- To highlight and counter discrimination against women in Gibraltar.
- To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between women and to create opportunities for collaborative endeavours.
- To promote and pursue philanthropic projects so as to empower others.
