The Rock Writers Group has announced that the second scheduled writing workshop they had planned to host on the 15th October has had to be cancelled, leaving just the 8th October workshop date open. Participants are reminded that they have until 30th September to register for this great opportunity.

The workshop will run from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesday 8th October and will take place at the Kiki Lounge Bar in Ocean Village.

The cost of the workshop is £35, which will include all materials and a drink. The fee also covers entry into the 2013 short story competition with chance of international publication.

The Rock Writers group was formed in 2009 by Carla Acheson and is organising a short story competition which offers the winner the chance of having his/her work published. Applicants can attend workshop before the competition starts in order to get advice on how to produce their best work.
