Aug 06 - Customs Officers Complete Health & Safety Course
06 August 2013
A number of Gibraltar Customs officers recently completed Level II Health & Safety Awards, which covers health and safety in the workplace, related hazards, procedural models and risk management.
The training for the course was subsidised by the Government and reflects the significance that HM Customs place on officers’ professional development and the attention to Health & Safety issues. The Officers were presented with their certificates by Charles Zammit, the Senior Environmental Health Officer who ran the training course under the authority of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
