01 August 2013
In true Daily Mail fashion, one story to hit the headlines yesterday was a full report on the ‘dangerously high temperatures’ expected to hit Andalucia and Murcia next week. Many weather reports claim that Malaga and surrounding areas will reach 42 degrees Celsius, due to winds passing through the Strait from Saharan Africa.
Temperatures on the Balearic Islands of Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, which generally reach up to 35 degrees celsius during this time of year, are set to climb further, posing a threat to youngsters binge drinking and indulging in illegal drugs, as they are known to cause dehydration.
