May 28 - RGP Educates Youngsters on Drug Awareness

As part of the RGP’s leading initiative to educate youngsters on Drugs and their negative effects, a series of drug awareness addresses have been given at local Youth Clubs, by officers of the Drug Squad.
Delivered by Detective Inspector Goodman and Detective Constable Peliza, the talks focused on the negative impact of various drugs. The youngsters were also shown samples of a number of drugs in order to create awareness. The addresses concluded with question and answer sessions and a number of interesting debates between the officers, youth workers and the youngsters.
