Following on from the launch of the Bus Company's new website in December 2012, a new mobile-optimised version of the Company's website has been developed and is now available to use as from today. The mobile phone version allows access to the full website facilities that users currently enjoy in a more user-friendly format on all smartphones.

Bus users will now be able to avail themselves of the different areas of the website, particularly the route timings of all routes and keep up to date with the latest news related to the Bus Service.

The mobile site is available from a smartphone at www.gibraltarbuscompany.gi.

The Minister for Public Transport Neil Costa said: “I am delighted that we are now able to offer access to the Bus Company's website using a mobile version, which I am sure passengers will find most useful. I am particularly pleased that passengers will be able to access the route timetables directly available onto mobile phones. I am pleased to have been involved in bringing this innovation to the bus company whilst we continue to look at ways of enhancing our communications. As usual, all feedback will be well received."
