Feb 26 - Governor Reappoints Puisne Judge Justice Butler
Pursuant to Section 57(2)(a) of the Constitution of Gibraltar, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, His Excellency the Governor is pleased to re-appoint Mr Justice Butler to the position of Puisne Judge with effect from 1st April 2013 until 11th August 2016.
