The Traffic light system on the junction between Queensway, Europort Road and Reclamation Road has been replaced with a new set up. The new system users detectors at a number of locations including under the road surface, to provide real time management of waiting times in line with demand and the aim to improve traffic flow in the area.

Works were carried out over the past few weeks in a number of phases, so as not to disrupt traffic flow. The pedestrian crossings have also been improved.
