Ocean Spa Plaza has come away with a brace of top-level prizes at the famed International Property Awards. Held in London at the end of October, the judges awarded the eco resort the highest accolade available, Five Star, in the Residential High-Rise Development and Development Marketing categories – beating off all competition in Gibraltar.
