Aug 15 - Europa Paintballing Facility to Offer Coaching Sessions
Gibraltar Paintballing Association will be opening its new paintballing facility ‘Europa Paintball’ at Lathbury Barracks on Tuesday 19th August at 10am. Minister for Sport, Culture, Heritage & Youth Steven Linares will be present to officially open and inaugurate the premises; Mr Reagan Lima CEO (Designate) GSLA will also be present along with members from Gibraltar Paintballing Association who will be running the Europa Paintball.
The first paintball coaching session will be given by Player/Coaches from Animus, Gibraltar’s first paintballing team for Sports Leaders who have recently completed their Sports Leaders UK Level one Award. A further session will be available as part of the Summer Sports & Leisure Programme for youngsters over the age of 12 years on Wednesday 20th August 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Those who wish to book on to the Wednesday session can apply to the Sports Development & Training Unit via e-mail gibsportsdev@gibtelecom.net . All players are required to complete a paintball waiver form available on the GSLA Web-site www.gsla.gi .
